This section is purely for Brooks B17 saddle, there are many different variations including the Aged saddles which are more comfortable from day one having been skillfully treated and a special blend of oils and waxes massaged into the leather. The Brooks B17 standard is probably the most common saddle, it is the cheapest in the range but there is no compromise in quality, the rivets are pressed with a machine which is quicker than the other method of the hand hammered copper rivets found on the B17 special etc.. If you want the lightest B17 saddle then the titanium is the one to go for, they have titanium metalwork with hand hammered copper rivets. Copper rivets not only look great, they do add extra strength having a larger surface area holding the leather top on the metalwork. Then theres the Brooks Imperial saddles, these have a "cut-out" in the top of the leather which is sure preventive to all perineal pressure.
