Delivery

All orders are despatched either same day / next working day via Royal mail or Parcelforce. An email will be sent to confirm shipment and any tracking references..,

If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will order it in ASAP which will usually be with us in a couple of days and then post out to you as soon as it is in stock. This rarely happens as we pride ourselves on having all products listed on sale, in stock ready for immediate dispatch.

Returns Policy

If  you are not happy with any product simply return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days for a refund** or exchange.  We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

For damaged or faulty goods PLEASE EMAIL us (sales@leatherbicyclesaddles.co.uk)  within 3 days of receipt and must not have been used and will be refunded in full.
