Delivery
All UK orders are despatched a soon as possible via Royal mail or DPD. An email will be sent to confirm shipment and any tracking references..,
International orders will be shipped using Fedex, Parcelforce, DHL or other courier. You will need to supply a phone number when you complete checkout. Your parcel will be fully trackable to the point of delivery to ensure a troublefree transaction.
Overseas customers should be aware that there may be extra shipping costs such as taxes and import duty by your local customs. "You" the buyer will be responsible for these costs. Please check with your local customs if you think this may be the case.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any product simply return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days for a refund** or exchange. (Simply return with packing slip) We are unable to accept returns on products that have been used. All returns will be refunded by to your chosen payment method within 24 hours of us recieving the product back providing everything is in good order.
