Returns Policy

If  you are not happy with any product simply return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days for a refund** or exchange.  (Simply return with packing slip) We are unable to accept returns on products that have been used. All returns will be refunded by to your chosen payment method within 24 hours of us recieving the product back providing everything is in good order. 

For damaged or faulty goods please notify us as soon as possible using the contact form.

If your order has not bee received within 1 week ( worst case…!!) then please contact us to help chase the problem with the courier

The majority of the time when this happens, items are actually awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office. “Calling cards” were not left bythe postman for whatever reason. In the first instance please contact your local sorting office to double check that they have no item awaiting collection.

If the above is not the case, please contact us and we will arrange for a claim to be made to the PO and take the appropriate action for replacements etc…
