Returns Policy

If  you are not happy with any product simply return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days for a refund** or exchange.  (Simply return with packing slip) We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

For damaged or faulty goods TELEPHONE us 01754 768833 (10am-5pm Tuesday - Friday)  within 3 days of receipt and must not have been used and will be refunded in full.

**  we are not responsible for any postage costs incurred by you for returning unwanted items and these costs must be paid by you the buyer

If your order has not bee received within 1 week ( worst case…!!) then please contact us to help chase the problem with the courier

The majority of the time when this happens, items are actually awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office. “Calling cards” were not left by the postman for whatever reason. In the first instance please contact your local sorting office to double check that they have no item awaiting collection.

If the above is not the case, please contact us and we will arrange for a claim to be made to the PO and take the appropriate action for replacements etc…
